Megan & Ryan’s Engagement at Longwood Gardens

Megan and Ryan where such a fun couple to start out the new year. The entire shoot was constant laughter and smiles from both of them but especially Megan. Ryan can make her laugh at any given moment which of course made for some awesome photos. Kim and I met them out at Longwood Gardens for a great shoot with the amazing Christmas lights display they have out there every year. We all got lucky and had some beautiful evening sunlight and we were all able to spend some time outside. Kim and I had so much fun hanging out with Megan and Ryan we know the wedding will be a blast and we’re really looking forward to working with this fun couple again.

Natalie & Jim’s Engagement at Longwood Gardens

Kim and I met up with Natalie & Jim at Longwood Gardens with the goal being to take some shots outside and then head into the gorgeous Christmas display at the gardens. Natalie & Jim were such troopers, they stuck it out in the freezing cold and even managed to keep smiling the whole time they were outside. We all had lots of smiles and laughs that evening and these two were just great to work with. They said “sure” when we asked them to go outside for the sunset and just went for it when we asked them to kiss in front of all the other guests at the gardens. Kim and I are certainly looking forward to the wedding which I’m sure won’t be that cold! I posted a few of my favorite shots below and hope you enjoy them.

Erin & Mike’s Winter Wedding at the Savoy Inn

Finally getting around to posting my friends Erin and Mike’s wedding. It was a cold, but beautiful day in January and Kim and I had a great time photographing their wedding. Erin’s family was so inviting and fun and of course it was great to be a part of a high school friend’s (Mike) wedding. We had plenty of time after the ceremony at the gorgeous Sacred Heart church in Vineland, NJ for pictures. It was perfect evening light and we got a chance to stop at a local park and take a few quick (it was freezing) pictures there which are some of my favorite. Then we were off to the Savoy Inn just down the road a bit again in Vineland. It looked amazing at the inn and we got a great shot of the couple on the dance floor before all the guests arrived. Thanks again to Erin and Mike for asking us to be their photographers.

Here is a of photo of the small river and waterfalls that I saw on my trip with Kim to north Jersey. They came out really great, and I love how the on this one, you can see the ice in the foreground. I should have some of the photos of Kim’s friend and his daughter very soon.
