Caroline & Marc’s Wedding at Running Deer Country Club

Kim and I arrived at the house where Caroline was getting ready quite a bit earlier than we expected which worked out perfectly. As soon as we walked in the house, the flowers – by Savannah’s Garden, invitation and wedding rings were sitting on the table waiting. What a perfect greeting for a wedding photographer! Caroline showed up and we had so much fun with her while she was getting ready. She has a very fun personality and made our job super easy that day.

Following the ceremony we headed to Running Deer Country Club where Caroline and Marc gave us plenty of time to photograph them and their bridal party. It was awesome not to be rushed at all and we were able to take advantage of the beautiful fall day to photograph them outside at the golf club. It was such a great day and Kim and I both want to thank Caroline and Marc for having us be a part of their day and allowing us the time and opportunity to make some great images together.

Christine & Tom’s Wedding at Fonthill Castle

I believe this post has the most photos of any of my wedding posts so far and it deserves it. Christine & Tom’s wedding was an amazing day. From the first moment I met the two of them I knew we were going to have some fun, we got along so great at the first meeting and during their engagement shoot, they are just a blast to be around.

Kim and I got started with Tom getting ready and then we headed over to meet up with Christine and the girls to photograph some details and the lovely bride getting dressed. We took a few quick portraits of her there and then headed off to Fonthill Museum so that Christine and Tom could have their first look. I know I’ve mentioned this countless times but we LOVE this as photographers. A first look allowed them to have plenty of time on their wedding day and we were able to have almost two full hours to photograph them and their bridal party at the countless gorgeous locations on the grounds around the castle. These two are absolutely amazing together as well, they really made the day easy for us. They are so into each other and can easily make each other laugh at any given moment, which rocked for the photography. I could go on and on about how great this day was but I’ll stop now and let you enjoy some of the photos I picked out from their day. Christine and Tom, congrats again and I know you two will have a great life together and thanks for having Kim and I be a part of that wonderful day.

Nicole & Frank’s Wedding at The Mansion in Voorhees

Yet another amazing summer wedding! Kim and I have been at some great summer weddings this year already and this was another, we even had a bit cooler temps which was great. When we started with Nicole getting ready I could tell we were going to be in for a fun day. Everybody was smiling and Nicole was just so visibly happy. She invited us into the house and let us loose, we grabbed some shots of the dress, the shoes and a bunch of other details. The sunny day gave us some gorgeous light in the house where she got her dress on and we finished up with some portraits of her (and even the dog) before heading over to the ceremony.

After a beautiful ceremony it was right over to The Mansion in Voorhees, NJ for some great outdoor portraits and the reception. The grounds are great at The Mansion and Nicole and Frank gave us the time to do some shots of them and their bridal party outside and inside so we got some great variety that day. Thanks so much Nicole and Frank for having Kim and I be a part of your wedding day and we wish you the best. Now on to a few of my favorite pics from that gorgeous day.

Erin & Sal’s Wedding at Buena Vista Country Club

It started off with a lot of rain, LOTS of it, but as soon as Kim and I entered the house where Erin was getting ready she had a bright smile. This smile never faded and certainly helped to set the tone for the day. Erin was such a happy bride that I think it paid off and as soon as the ceremony finished at the beautiful Sacred Heart Church in Vineland the rain had stopped. We took a few minutes to do some portraits in the church and decided we should hurry up and get over to Buena Vista Country Club to take advantage of the sun that was starting to peak through. By the time we arrived at the reception with Erin and Sal the sun was completely shining and we were able to take advantage of the beautiful grounds for some outdoor portraits. Sal had actually composed and written a song for his lovely new wife and took a moment at the reception to sing it to her and the entire audience. We had such a great time all day long with Erin and Sal and are so thankful they decided to include us in their wedding day.

Ivianna at 1 Month Old

Baby Ivianna has arrived. My good friends Dave & Shannon had Kim and I over to their home to photograph 1 month old Ivianna. We created some cool maternity portraits for them a little while ago so now it was time to photograph the beautiful baby girl. We had a lot of fun and it was actually a bit more challenging than I thought it would be. It was my first attempt at baby portraits so I didn’t quite know what to expect but I think we managed to get some good shots and I’m really happy with how it turned out. Once she fell asleep we were able to place her in a bunch of different poses and locations, even on the pool table! Thanks to Dave and Shannon for having us take their first child’s pictures. You can tell they are great parents already and they both seem so happy. On to a few of my favorite pics.

Cherie & Karl’s Wedding at Washington Crossing Inn

When I first met Cherie she was concerned that having her wedding in November and an outdoor ceremony may be the ingredients for a few frozen guests. On the wedding day of Cherie & Karl the weather could not have been more perfect, the sun was shining and the temperature was cool but not cold, it was a beautiful outdoor ceremony at Washington Crossing Inn. After the ceremony Kim and I had a chance to take some of the portraits of the bride and groom in gorgeous sunlight right before sunset, then we all headed inside for the reception which was also held at the Inn. We had just as much fun at the wedding as we did at the engagement shoot with these two. Cherie & Karl are nonstop entertainment, they are always having fun and keep themselves and everyone around them laughing which is one thing I always love about a couple. Here are a few of my favorite shots from the day, I hope you enjoy.

Heather & Jim – Engagement

I met up with Heather & Jim this past Sunday afternoon. They drove down from north Jersey to see their family and to meet with me and their videographer Extra Step to finalize all of their details. Kim and I went over to Kennedy Park in Somers Point, NJ to take few shots for their engagement portraits. It was a perfect day out, it was ridiculously warm for this time of year and a perfect day for it. This couple was great and a blast hang out with. I know they were really nice because for some stupid reason I kept calling Jim (sorry Jim) the wrong name and only after about the 5th time they corrected me and they laughed right through it. Sometimes I’m just not good with names, but I’m glad it was with these two because they continued having fun and we got some great photos. Anyway, on to a few of the shots.

This afternoon at Kim’s house she had a friend of hers that she used to work with and I actually worked with quite a while ago come over. Helena, her husband Mark, and her adorable daughter Brya came over and kim wanted to take some pics of Brya in her dance outfits on the background using studio lights. I wasn’t planning on shooting at all, but as I always do I ended shooting and probably too much. Anyway, here are just a couple of some of the best stuff I got today. I’ll be revisiting these again hopefully soon, but I have way to many other photos to get to first, I even feel a little guilty playing with these now, but I couldn’t resist. Enough of my babbling, here are the pics. The top picture is a bit on the artsy side, but I really like the motion.

I can’t get over how great she gave me the serious look when I asked for it, it was exactly what I was looking for.
